Series 000 : Merge (Apply Only)
Our merge applicator is designed to apply pre-printed labels to your item fast, efficiently, and accurately. With a Panther Industries label merge or brush-on station inline with your operations, you’ll achieve all three.

Series 100 : Tamp
This configuration utilizes a straight tamp applicator that provides stroke lengths up to 24″ in our pneumatic systems, or 58″ in our electric systems. This applicator is ideal for top or side label applications.

Series 200 : Blow / Tamp Blow
Blow-on labeling is designed for delicate applications where direct contact with a product/item is not ideal (e.g., food or light objects). With a tamp blow, the applicator extends close to the product/item. The label is then applied without the applicator making contact.

Series 300 : Swing Blow
Blow-on labeling designed for delicate applications where direct contact with a product/item is not ideal (e.g., light objects) and a front, side, or top application of the label is required.

Series 400 : Front / Rear Swing Arm
Designed for label application on the front, back, or top of an item, this configuration utilizes a pneumatic swing arm that ranges in lengths from 10” to 18”.

Series 500 : Corner Wrap
Designed for corner wrap applications where a label needs to be viewed on more than one side of the item. Two applicator versions are available – passive (where the applicator dwells and wraps the label around the corner as the item passes by on a conveyor), or active (where multiple applicators apply the label around the corner of an item).

Series 600 : Wipe
This type of application configuration is ideal for extreme situations where the item passes by the label applicator at a very high rate of speed.

Series 700 : Flag
Flag labeling is designed for applying a label – with increased speed and consistent accuracy – to wrap around cylindrical or very fine items such as cables, hoses, wires, tools, hardware, or medical devices.

Series 800 : Swing Arm
Designed for applying a label to the front, side, front and side, or around the corner of an item, this configuration utilizes a single axis swing arm that ranges in lengths from 18” (on an electric system) to 30” (on a pneumatic system). Also ideal for label application to a cylindrical item, such as a bucket or barrel.
